They say they care about your time but they fill it up with meetings. Long emails. And recommendations like 'you need to increase sales'.

Since when has hiring smart people started feeling like a stupid decision?
Overpaid, slow corporates have been milking businesses for years. Using the same golden 'frameworks' over and over and over again. Clever powerpoints, basic ideas.
There's a lot wrong with this profession. And I think it's time to fix this mess.
